The information we collect, and why:

All information is handled lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. This section sets out the legal reasons we rely on, for each of the ways we may use your personal information.

We do not give your personal information to other organisations.

We keep records of your previous quotes, orders and invoices. This history is available in your TRUCKECO LOGISTICS account.

Telephone Call Recording:

If you call our office or our office calls you, the telephone call will be recorded for training and monitoring purposes. Business mobile phones also record audio.

Fulfilling your Order:

We will continue to process your information to fulfil any order (contract) we enter into with you.

Cookies:

When you access our website, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system and browser type are automatically collected and placed in our Internet access logs, which we use for system administration and statistical analysis. We collect information directly from you in a number of ways. One way is through our use of “cookie” (see the section on Cookies here).

Special Category Data:

We do not collect any special category data.

We take the security of your information very seriously. We have access controls in place and all our staff are trained on the importance of data privacy and security.

Who we share your information with:

TRUCKECO LOGISTICS LTD may share your information within our group. We may also share necessary information with other partners in order to fulfil your order.

Online payments:

In accordance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) guidelines, when you make a payment online you are providing your information directly to the payment processor. We do not collect or have access to your card details.

We do not transfer your data outside the EEA.
